This Privacy Policy describes how Neuralink Corp. (“Neuralink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information. “Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual as described under applicable privacy laws.

For example, our privacy practices in connection with clinical trials are governed by applicable clinical trial protocol(s) and related informed consents and, where applicable, HIPAA authorization forms.   • Web beacons, also known as pixel tags, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
